The Broken Hill Sculpture Symposium stands in The Living Desert Reserve on the edge of Broken Hill. Created in 1993 from sandstone moved to the site from Wilcannia, the sculptures were created individually by sculptors who came to the inspirational site from around the world.

Looking South East (to the right of the sun) you can see the small town of Broken Hill 6km in the distance, while surrounded in the beautiful desolation of the outback.
