The lake you are seeing is located in the centre of the city of Hyderabad which is the hub for India. This fresh water lake transports drinking water to the entire city. It has a 400 year history - it was created by Hyderabad Navab (Prince of Hyderabad) for Hyderabad and his son was named Hussain - so it is called 'Hussain Sagar'.
